After working for several clients CandorWorks have come up with flexible engagement models which creates a win-win situation for both parties. Furthermore these models can be modified to a certain level to suit the partnership requirements.

Dedicated Team
Suitable for setting up offshore team. This is a fix pay model where client commits to pay monthly fees bases on the level of resource. This team works as part of client’s office and gets managed by themselves. Some of the key features of this model,

  • Selection & grooming of resources, per client requirement.
  • Dedicated team working as an independent unit within CandorWorks.
  • Client can modify roles and responsibilities of individuals.

Time & Material (T&M)
Suitable for on-demand engagements .This is a fixed pay model where client commits to pay CandorWorks on approved hourly rates. The key features of this model are,

  • Suitable for assignments with fluctuating workload
  • Highly suitable for complex & lengthy sales cycles
  • Ensure higher conversion by lead nurturing

Project Bidding
This is also fixed pay model where client commits milestone based payment for a specific support for suggested time period. The commercials are worked out on the basis of requirement specification and a service level agreement is drawn between the two parties. The key features of this model are,

  • Clearly defined deliverables/ Limited scope.
  • Flexibility for CandorWorks to deploy resources of its choice
